Credentials

Certified by the people
who make the kit.

Anyone can resell a lighting control product. Commissioning one properly, and being accountable for it afterwards, is a different thing. Both FRANKCAS engineers hold Casambi's highest certification and manufacturer qualifications on Tridonic sceneCOM — and every certificate on this page can be opened and checked.

Commissioning Competence Certification (4C)

Casambi's highest level of certification. It verifies, practically and theoretically, the ability to create and programme Casambi wireless lighting control networks — assessed and signed off by Casambi's own training team in Espoo, and revalidated as the platform moves on.

Casambi  ·  Tridonic

Official
Sales Partner.

We buy, specify and support Casambi and Tridonic hardware through the manufacturer's own partner channel rather than through a third-party reseller.

That matters for two practical reasons: we see firmware and roadmap information before it is public, and when something genuinely needs escalating we have a route directly to the manufacturer rather than a general support queue.

What certification actually buys you

  • Networks commissioned to the manufacturer's method, not improvised on site
  • The right fixture profile chosen first time — the most common source of callbacks
  • Emergency lighting test regimes configured properly against IEC 62034
  • A direct escalation route to Casambi and Tridonic when a fault is genuinely theirs
  • Handover documentation a facilities team can actually inherit and use

Start a project

Tell us about the building.
We will specify the system.

Send us a floor plan, a fixture schedule or just a rough idea of the space. We will come back with a controls layout, a product schedule and a commissioning plan.
