Air, carbon and
emergency compliance.

The FRANKCAS IoT dashboard measures what a building is actually doing to the people inside it — air quality, wellness, carbon — and proves that the life safety systems have been tested.

Indoor air quality, continuously

CO₂ in ppm, temperature, relative humidity and Air Quality Index from Tridonic airASPECT DALI-2 sensors. Readings are averaged across the estate and broken down per sensor, so a stuffy meeting room shows up as data rather than a complaint.

Space wellness score

A single 0–100 score derived from the WELL Building Standard, scored per metric — CO₂, temperature, humidity and AQI/IEQ — so you can see which factor is dragging the space down instead of arguing about whether it feels warm.

Carbon intelligence

Live grid carbon intensity in gCO₂/kWh from the UK National Grid, with a moderate/high status and carbon accrued today. Shift flexible load to low-intensity periods and the same kilowatt-hour costs the building less carbon.

ISO 50001 energy management

Energy performance indicators in kWh and kgCO₂ per day, tracked against baseline with an open action plan. The standard becomes a live report rather than a folder assembled the week before the audit.

Life safety

Emergency lighting that tests itself.

Monthly function tests and annual duration tests, scheduled and executed automatically by DALI emergency control gear to IEC 62034. Every result is logged per fitting. When a battery or lamp fails, the dashboard tells you which fitting, where it is, and what failed — before an inspector does.

Location matters

Every reading has a place on the plan.

Sensors, luminaires and emergency fittings are positioned on the floor plan during commissioning. A CO₂ reading is not a number from "sensor sc19" — it is a number from the north meeting room, and you can see the three fittings next to it.

Our own hardware

The FRANKCAS
Air Quality Sensor.

We got tired of air quality sensors that need a commissioning visit before they report anything. So we built our own. The FC-AQ26-01 measures temperature, humidity, air pressure, IAQ and eCO₂ over the Casambi mesh — and every unit is calibrated and configured by us before it ships.

Power it, pair it, and data appears in your dashboard. No site commissioning, no configuration files, no engineer day.

We will specify the system.

Send us a floor plan, a fixture schedule or just a rough idea of the space. We will come back with a controls layout, a product schedule and a commissioning plan.
